Running 30+ client sites needed one CMS, not «WordPress per site, each one different».

Approach

Multi-tenant platform: NestJS API, Prisma + Postgres, dedicated Next.js admin, dedicated Next.js public-site with ISR. Per-tenant roles, unified analytics, one deploy.

Outcome

Launching a new client = create a tenant, not «spin up a site». Support scales linearly.
